Enabling students with limited vision to take notes in class
The Note-Taker from HaydenAT is an inexpensive and portable board magnifier system that enables individuals with limited vision to view classroom presentations and take notes without relying on others. By pairing Point Grey's FireFly MV 1.3 megapixel camera with a multitouch-enabled laptop, users can quickly pan and zoom a live, recorded view of the board that is synchronized in time with the notes they were taking.

New Flea3 USB 3.0 model offers the best of both worlds
CMOS eliminates blooming, smearing, and consumes less power at higher frame rates. CCD interline frame transfer sensors eliminate distortion. The new FL3-U3-13Y3M-C takes advantage of both technologies by using On Semi's VITA 1300 CMOS sensor with global shutter. Delivering 1280x1024 at 150 FPS, the FL3-U3-13Y3M-C provides distortion free imaging at high frame rates in a low-cost, ultra compact package.
