Chameleon™
The Chameleon™ USB 2.0 digital video camera from Point Grey Research is a complete, cost effective and reliable imaging solution. A high sensitivity Sony EXview HAD CCD sensor, combined with a hi-speed USB 2.0 digital interface, makes the Chameleon an ideal choice for demanding imaging applications such as object and gesture tracking, security and biometrics, augmented reality, multitouch displays, robot guidance and semiconductor inspection.
The popular Flea2 family of ultra-compact IEEE-1394b (FireWire) digital cameras is set to expand with the addition of four new models based on the 1.3MP Sony ICX445 EXview HAD CCD and 5.0MP Sony ICX655 SuperHAD CCD. These new models also come equipped with a frame buffer and non-volatile data storage.
