Windows 7 Driver Support for FlyCapture and Ladybug SDK

With the release of FlyCapture® 1.8.3.23, FlyCapture 2.0.3.15 and Ladybug® 1.4.3.6 SDKs on our downloads site, we are now distributing signed drivers for Windows® 7. These drivers have been qualified to pass the Windows Logo Signature tests, and the signature allows the user to install these drivers on 64-bit Windows 7 and 32-bit systems without a prompt.
The SDKs have also been qualified to work with Windows 7. Please refer to the release notes mentioned in the New Downloads section below for a full list of changes available in the latest software.
The FlyCapture SDK allows users to control Point Grey single lens cameras, and the Ladybug SDK is used to control spherical digital video systems.
If there are any issues with download access, installing, or using the new SDKs, please feel free to contact support with your questions by email to Point Grey support.

Product Change Notification - Moving legacy products into NANC status

As part of Point Grey's on-going product lifecycle management process, the following products will be transitioned to NANC (Not Available to New Customers) status:
Dragonfly® Express
Flea®
Scorpion®
Dragonfly®
Firefly®2
NANC-designated part numbers are not actively marketed and may only be sold to customers who have previously purchased products within the affected camera series. NANC part numbers do not receive updates to emissions or other compliance certification (e.g. RoHS, FCC, CE), and may not receive other electrical, mechanical or firmware updates. Customers are encouraged to contact sales regarding product alternatives or for clarification of NANC status.
