ANSWER:

Starting in Flycapture SDK version 1.6 Alpha 4, there are examples included that illustrate how to use the FlyCapture SDK in both VB .NET and C#. They are called FlyCapVBdotNET and PGRFlyCaptureTestCSharp. It is important to note that there is no support for Visual Basic 6.0 due to the lack of support for multithreading.
