1.  I do not live in Canada, the USA, Australia or the EU, how can I purchase your cameras and accessories?

If you live outside Canada, the USA, Australia, or the EU, you may purchase our products by contacting us directly or through one of our international distributors. Click here to view of a complete list of sales contact information.

 

2.  Can I order more than 4 of the same product? 

To optimize shipping and handling times, each webstore transaction is limited to a quantity of four of any model and a quantity of ten of any accessory part number.  If you wish to make bulk orders please contact us directly.

 

3.  Is your entire catalog listed on this website?  

Yes! All standard FLIR products are listed on this website. Pricing and online ordering is available for all standard products except for spherical and stereo camera systems, for these, please contact us.

 

4.  I would like to use my own shipping account, how can I do this? 

Customer shipping accounts cannot be used with orders placed online. Please contact us directly to set up a customized account.

 

5. I didn't get a software CD with my camera purchase. Where can I get supporting software?

All FLIR software and firmware are available download on our website here. This includes the latest versions of FlyCapture, Ladybug software, Triclops, and Digiclops.  Note: software downloads require registration and login.
